Because our ebooks are digital products delivered immediately as PDF downloads, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the file has been delivered.
Failed download or duplicate charge
If you were charged but did not receive your ebook, or if you were billed twice in error, contact us through the contact page within 14 days and we will resolve it.
Free updates
When we revise an ebook you already purchased, you receive the updated edition at no additional cost — just sign in to access the latest version.
